Workshops

The Story Forge Project offers creative writing and storytelling workshops for children and young people, designed to build confidence, imagination and a sense of ownership over their ideas.

Our sessions are interactive, inclusive and rooted in collaborative creativity. We work with schools, libraries and community organisations to deliver engaging experiences that support literacy, self-expression and creative thinking.

Workshops can be delivered as one-off sessions or as part of a longer programme, and can be tailored to suit different ages, settings and needs.

Areas we cover include:

• Creative writing and storytelling

• Worldbuilding and fantasy mapping

• Character and idea development

• Collaborative story creation

• Zine-making and creative publishing

We are particularly interested in working with groups who may not typically have access to creative opportunities.
